After finalizing your order you will need to send an email to sales@bbqraft.com with the details of your customization request.  The subject of your email should be "Custom Engraving" and must include your order number.  Include the exact text desired in the body of the email.  Please check closely for spelling errors as our team will engrave your exact text in your message.  If there are questions a member of our design team will reach out to you. 

Pricing is for individual items ordered.  For example if you order a set of tools you must add 3 Custom Engravings to your cart.

Customizations are usually completed within 48 business hours.  In rare occasions or during holiday seasons please allow up to 5-7 business days for customizations.
