The Excalibur 12" Griddle Fish & Veggie Spatula is meticulously crafted in the heart of Ohio in the small town of Dundee.  Utilizing state of the art laser cutting technology we cut out thick 601SS blanks that are then hand ground and formed prior to having beautifully machined and hand sanded exotic wood handles applied using stainless steel binding bolts.  

We offer several beautiful hardwood handle styles for you to choose from.  What sets BBQraft's Excalibur line apart from any other tool on the market is the ability to switch your scales (handles) out with new scales at any time since our tools are assembled with removable 304SS barrel bolts.

The Excalibur Fish & Veggie Spatula is perfect for  grill cooking of delicate items such as fish and vegetables.  It also boasts a large radius corner that works perfectly when grilling in your favorite cast iron skillet.  This spatula is also fantastic when cooking bacon as it allows the bacon grease to flow right thru the open design.
