Classic BBQ Ribs

Ingredients:

  • 2 racks of pork baby back ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
    Dry rub (mix of brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper)

Instructions:

  • Preheat your grill to medium-low heat (around 275°F/135°C).
  • Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat dry with paper towels.
  • Rub the dry rub generously over the ribs, covering both sides.
  • Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down, and cook for 2-3 hours, or until the meat is tender, flipping occasionally.
  • During the last 30 minutes of cooking, brush the ribs with BBQ sauce, allowing it to caramelize.
  • Once done, remove from the grill, let rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
