BBQ Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions:

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Thread the shrimp onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each shrimp.
  • Brush the shrimp skewers with the BBQ sauce mixture.
  • Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
  • Remove from the grill and serve hot, optionally garnished with chopped parsley or green onions.
