Ingredients:
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Thread the shrimp onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each shrimp.
- Brush the shrimp skewers with the BBQ sauce mixture.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Remove from the grill and serve hot, optionally garnished with chopped parsley or green onions.
